You will be part of our team as an Electric Vehicle (EV) Service Technician, where your main responsibility will involve diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining EVs to ensure they perform optimally and meet customer satisfaction. Your expertise in EV systems, electrical systems, and mechanical troubleshooting will be crucial for this role. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and fixing faults in the battery management system, charging systems, motors, inverters, and other EV components. You will troubleshoot and resolve electrical, mechanical, and software issues within the vehicle, conduct battery diagnostics, and manage battery health and performance. Additionally, you will be in charge of communicating with customers regarding their vehicle's status, required repairs, and estimated service timelines. This is a full-time position with benefits such as cell phone reimbursement and paid sick time. You will work during the day shift with the opportunity for a yearly bonus. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience as a service technician. The work location will be in person.,
