Job Description

  • Make outbound calls to customers to collect feedback regarding services or interactions.
  • Record and summarize customer feedback in a clear, organized manner.
  • Escalate unresolved issues or negative feedback to the relevant teams for prompt resolution.
  • Maintain and update customer call records and feedback reports in Excel or other data tracking systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., service, sales, support) to follow up on customer concerns or improvement suggestions.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports on feedback trends and share insights with the team.
  • Meet call and reporting targets as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
