Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Service Specialist Group (SSG) to join our team at Blue Star Ltd, playing a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial equipment and machinery, with excellent technical skills and a passion for providing outstanding customer service.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to industrial equipment and machinery.
Conduct regular maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance of equipment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and internal teams.
Analyze customer feedback and provide recommendations for improving overall customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.

Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
