To repair, Providing Service and installation of Steam Boilers and RO plant.Should have technical understanding about steam boilers and RO plants Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Service Person to provide excellent service and support to our clients/customers. The ideal candidate will handle service requests, troubleshoot basic issues, and ensure customer satisfaction through prompt and professional assistance. Key Responsibilities: Attend to customer service requests and provide timely solutions. Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment/products (if applicable). Coordinate with technical teams to resolve complex issues. Maintain service records and report on service activities. Ensure customer satisfaction by providing courteous and professional service. Follow company policies and safety standards during service operations.
