Timings: 9:00AM- 1:00PM

role focuses on ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) development and customization.
Expertise in HRSD modules like HR Case Management, HR Knowledge Management, Employee Service Center, Onboarding & Transitions, Document Management, and HR Performance Analytics.
Integration experience with HRSM/HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors) and directories (Active Directory via LDAPs).
Hands-on experience with integrations using Web Services, JDBC, and SFTP.
Knowledge of testing methodologies: unit, system integration, performance, and user acceptance testing.
Proficiency in ServiceNow development using JavaScript, Jelly, XML, HTML, CSS, and Web Services.
Mandatory certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator and Certified Implementation Specialist in HRSD.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology and ITIL standards for HRSD processes.
Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and HRSD best practices.
Strong technical and problem-solving skills with ability to deliver customized HR solutions on ServiceNow platform.
