Service Manager Directory and Authentication Services

As a Service Manager for Directory & Authentication Services, your role will involve the day-to-day Service Delivery to ensure the availability, performance, scalability, and security of the respective Services. You will be responsible for executing the required Service Lifecycle components with a focus on Continuous Service Improvements. Your hands-on experience of at least 3-5 years in IT Service Delivery will be crucial in designing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems and technologies, along with related ITSM/ITIL processes, within an international, globally operating organization. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain Directory & Authentication Services - Implement ITIL, IT Service Management, COBIT, and DevOps principles and practices in Service Operations - Oversee Identity & Access Management and Privilege Access Management - Handle Active Directory & Microsoft Entra, PKI, Radius, Conditional Access, and associated directory security services Qualifications Required: - 10+ years of experience in IT Service Delivery - Experience in IT/OT Service Delivery for Manufacturing units, preferably in mining companies - Strong knowledge of ITIL, IT Service Management, COBIT, and DevOps - Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills - Organizational, multi-tasking, adaptability, and time-management skills - Experience in external partner management and vendor oversight Please note that the above job description is based on the information provided and may contain additional details about the company not included in the job description.,
