Service Installed Base Data Specialist

The opportunity: As an Experienced Professional (P2) with responsibility for multiple Specializations within the Sub-family, you will apply practical knowledge in your job area, gained through advanced education and work experience. Working independently with general supervision, you will encounter difficult challenges that are typically not complex. Your role may involve influencing others within the job area by explaining facts, policies, and practices. How you'll make an impact: You will demonstrate strong expertise in Power BI, SQL, and Data Analytics, showcasing your ability to effectively manage global stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include developing the Installed base, improving data quality, and maintaining a strong learning mindset. Proficiency in data analytics, project co-ordination, and management skills are essential. Leveraging the tool landscape, you will ensure proper management of assets and Site details. Additionally, you will support business use of EAM and promote successful business use cases through documentation, reporting, and analysis. Monitoring IB data and ensuring accurate Customer, Site, and Installation Information data in ServIS will be a key aspect of your role, including editing customer/site information as needed. Sharing progress on meeting IB Quality standards and providing or coordinating IB Management related trainings to local users will also be part of your responsibilities. You should be able to generate and optimize/customize reports using advanced knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office power application tools. Ensuring compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines is crucial, while embodying Hitachi Energy's core values of safety and integrity by taking responsibility for your actions and caring for colleagues and the business. Your Background: Candidates from any discipline with 4 to 8 years of experience are encouraged to apply.
