Job OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Service Engineer specializing in UPS Batteries to join our team on a full-time basis in Visakhapatnam. This mid-level position requires a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling UPS systems and ensuring efficient battery maintenance and troubleshooting. Qualifications and SkillsMust have experience with UPS Systems (Mandatory skill) to handle installations and maintenance effectively. Expertise in Battery Maintenance (Mandatory skill) to ensure the longevity and efficiency of our energy solutions. Proficient in Electrical Troubleshooting (Mandatory skill) for diagnosing and resolving issues swiftly. Knowledge in Preventive Maintenance to foresee potential issues and maintain equipment reliability. Ability to create and update Technical Documentation for reference and compliance. Skilled in Circuit Analysis to evaluate and improve electrical systems' performance and safety. Excellent problem-solving skills with the capacity to work independently and manage tasks efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective collaboration with team members and clients. Roles and ResponsibilitiesPerform routine inspections and maintenance of UPS systems to ensure optimal performance. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in battery systems promptly and efficiently. Conduct preventive maintenance and devise strategies to prevent future failures. Document technical procedures and maintenance logs accurately to facilitate transparency and compliance. Analyze circuit designs and implement improvements to enhance system reliability. Collaborate with the team to optimize service delivery and meet client expectations. Remain up-to-date with industry trends and technical advancements related to UPS systems and battery maintenance. Provide technical support and training to junior engineers and assist in their professional development.
