Job Title:

Job Summary:

Service Engineer Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in installation, commissioning, and maintenance of equipment/machines at client sites.
Support troubleshooting and repair activities under supervision.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance as per schedule.
Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
Respond to customer queries and provide technical support.
Learn and understand product specifications, manuals, and service procedures.
Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, QC, R&D) for service support.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards during all field activities.

Requirements:

Education:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering field.
Experience:
(Freshers are encouraged to apply).
Skills:

Basic knowledge of mechanical/electrical systems.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to travel extensively and work on-site.
Strong problem-solving attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
