Service Engineer/ Service Manager

As an Executive / Assistant Manager Service in the Inkjet Printing & Solution division, your primary responsibility will be to install and commission industrial inkjet printers at customer sites. You will be required to perform scheduled maintenance and service checks, diagnose technical problems with hardware, software, or ink systems, and troubleshoot issues effectively. It will also be your duty to replace or repair defective parts, printheads, and control modules as needed. Additionally, you will need to provide technical training and demonstrations to end-users, document service reports including encountered issues and provided solutions, and collaborate with the support team for the escalation and resolution of complex issues. Maintaining spare parts inventory and tools, and ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and professional support will also be part of your role. To be successful in this position, you should possess a Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree. You must have at least 3 years of experience in servicing inkjet printers or related printing machinery, along with strong troubleshooting skills in electrical and electronic systems. The ability to read circuit diagrams and technical manuals, familiarity with inkjet printing technologies and software, and a willingness to travel frequently to customer locations are essential requirements. Excellent communication and customer handling skills are also crucial for this role. Preferred skills for this position include an understanding of ink types, viscosity, and ink delivery systems, as well as knowledge of industrial automation.
