Service Engineer (Malda) West Bengal

As a Service Engineer based in Malda, West Bengal, your primary responsibility will be the Installation, Breakdown, Service Maintenance for Injection molding machines. You will play a crucial role in providing end-to-end support to customers, from machine installation to breakdown calls, spare support, and training for machine operation and troubleshooting. Additionally, you will coordinate pre-installation requirements with customers and develop and implement corrective/preventive actions for machine issues. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate pre-installation requirements with customers - Develop and implement corrective/preventive actions for machine issues - Troubleshoot and provide solutions for machine problems - Install and service all machines in the region - Provide support for Mould Trials both in-house and on-site - Assemble machines and operate them at customer sites - Train customers in machine operation and troubleshooting - Submit field return parts to the factory for analysis and warranty cost recovery - Release flash for parts failure - Ensure customer training and care visits - Generate spare parts business and develop spare parts recommendations - Prepare and submit service reports for each machine - Maintain software backup, hydraulics circuits, and Bill of Material on the service portal Qualifications Required: - Completed full-time Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electronics/Plastics/Mechatronics - 2-4 years of experience in testing, maintenance, or service of Injection molding machines Milacron is a global leader in the plastic technology and processing industry, offering highly engineered and customized systems.
