Service Engineer

Years of Exp: 3 to 7 years

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics

Job Responsibilities:

• EHS reviews and maintaining safety reports (Job risk assessment)
• To attend the service calls related to BMS related equipment’s (DDC sensors etc.) and maintain proper record.
• To attend the preventive maintenance calls as service ticket and schedule provided by customer.
• To provide the update on the Attended service ticket to team.
• Performance measurement criterion for O&M
• Maintain building Key performance Index.
• Maintain SLA
• Preventive inspection checks for DDC panels, sensors, controllers, actuators, on a quarterly basis and ensure
• Maintenance activity compliance by the operators
• Ensure that all hardware checks are performed for buildings under O&M as per O&M checklist
• Install and/or replace and commission any faulty BMS devices at site
• Ensure recommended spares are maintained at CHUBB as per the terms agreed between Client & CHUBB
• Support ad-hoc system/logic changes as required by the client from time to time
• Any patch/software upgrades# release to be applied at site to respective software servers
• Record and maintain a list of major changes/overrides/adjustments done to BMS system with complete details of date, time, change request etc.
• Ensure BMS data is backed up on regular intervals as defined by Client both on local drive and network storage
• Review BMS Server PC for correct functionality and drive capacity. Wherever deviate, intimate
• Support in customer’s audit

• HVAC Energy management
• Electrical, Water, Solar energy management
• BMS systems management

Qualification / Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electronics, or relevant degree
• Good knowledge: HVAC & BMS Installation, commissioning & Trouble shooting
• RMA & Spare Material Tracker Matainance
• Multi-Compliant handling
• Multi-Vendor handling
• Strong sense of responsibility, self-motivated with good interpersonal and communication skills and problem-solving skills.
• Strong Team player.
• Fluency in English and local language (oral/Written)
