Job Description

Job Title: Service Advisor – Two-Wheeler Automobile Showroom

Location: Nadakkavu , Ramanattukara, Koduvally

Job Summary:

The Service Advisor acts as the liaison between customers and the service team, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience. This role involves customer interaction, understanding vehicle issues, job card creation, job estimation, and coordinating service and repairs with the workshop team.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers and schedule service appointments.
Understand and document customer complaints and concerns about their two-wheeler.
Open and maintain accurate job cards with detailed notes.
Provide estimates for service, repairs, and spare parts.
Coordinate with mechanics/technicians to prioritize and monitor job progress.
Ensure quality control and final inspection before delivery.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Minimum 1–3 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in a two-wheeler dealership).

Education:

Diploma or ITI in Automobile Engineering or related field.
Graduate in any discipline with relevant experience may also be considered.

Pay:

12k – 20k + Incentives/Bonuses based on performance.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
