Service Advisor Trainee

Should acts as a liaison between customers and the service department, managing customer communication, vehicle repair needs, and the service workflow. Key duties include greeting customers, assessing their vehicle issues, providing cost estimates, explaining necessary repairs, scheduling appointments, ordering parts, and processing payments. This role requires strong customer service, communication, and basic mechanical knowledge. Key responsibilities

• Customer interaction: Greet customers, listen to their vehicle problems, and communicate with them about repair status and costs.
• Service management: Schedule service appointments and manage the workflow to ensure timely completion of repairs.
• Technical coordination: Consult with technicians to understand repair needs, explain technical issues to customers in simple terms, and submit work orders.
• Cost and payment: Provide accurate cost estimates, inform customers about potential savings, and process payments upon completion of service.
• Administrative tasks: Order necessary parts and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
• Sales: Upsell and cross-sell services and products when appropriate.

Necessary skills

• Communication: Clearly explain technical information to non-technical customers.
• Customer service: Maintain a positive and helpful attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Mechanical knowledge: Have a basic understanding of vehicles and their services.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
