They inspect the vehicle, prepare job cards, explain service estimates, and coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and quality servicing. The advisor keeps customers updated on the service status, handles queries or complaints, and ensures smooth workflow within the service center. They also ensure timely delivery of vehicles, maintain service records, and provide excellent customer support throughout the process.
