Job Opening: Service Advisor

Location: Ulundurpet
Company: Sri Lakshmi Automobiles World (Authorized Ashok Leyland Service Centre)

Requirements:

• Male candidate only
• Qualification: Diploma or Degree (Automobile / Mechanical preferred)
• Good communication skills in Tamil
• Should take full responsibility and ensure quality service
• Basic computer knowledge
• Experience in similar field is an advantage (freshers can also apply)

Job Role:

• Talk to customers and understand vehicle complaints
• Make job cards and service estimates
• Coordinate with technicians for repair work
• Update customers and ensure on-time delivery
• Take care of customer satisfaction and service quality
