Service Advisior for Chetak Electric Vehicle ( Only Female)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers and understand their EV service/repair requirements.
• Act as the primary contact between customers and the workshop team.
• Provide accurate information about EV maintenance, service schedules, warranties, and repair estimates.
• Open and maintain service job cards in the system, ensuring all details are recorded correctly.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely vehicle servicing and repairs.
• Update customers on service progress, additional repair requirements, and delivery timelines.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
• Educate customers on EV features, battery health, charging practices, and preventive maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and safety regulations.
• Promote value-added services, accessories, and service packages.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
