About the Role:
Hotel Chettungal is looking for an energetic and customer-focused Server/Bartender to join our food & beverage team. The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, strong communication skills, and experience in serving and preparing beverages in a professional hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and serve guests promptly and professionally.
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages as per standard recipes.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the bar and service area.
• Ensure tables and bar counters are clean, well-stocked, and organized.
• Handle guest inquiries and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
• Follow responsible service of alcohol and hotel policies.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a server or bartender preferred.
• Knowledge of beverages, cocktails, and basic bar operations.
• Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure.
• Team-oriented and punctual.
