Role Description This is a full-time on-site Company Secretary role based in Ahmedabad. The Company Secretary will be responsible for managing corporate governance, ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, and providing strategic advice to the board of directors. Key responsibilities include maintaining statutory records, preparing and filing regulatory documents, organizing board meetings, drafting minutes and resolutions, and liaising with regulators and stakeholders. Qualifications Expertise in governance, regulatory compliance, and company law Experience in drafting minutes, resolutions, and maintaining statutory records Ability to provide strategic advice to senior management and board members Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills Proficiency in stakeholder management and regulatory liaison Membership with ICSI (The Institute of Company Secretaries of India) Familiarity with NBFC-related regulations is an advantage Bachelor's degree in Law, Commerce, or a related field is preferred
