Role Overview We are hiring Control Panel Wiring Technicians with strong hands-on skills in electrical wiring, cabling, and panel assembly . The right candidate should be able to read electrical drawings and execute wiring work independently . Key Responsibilities Perform cable cutting, stripping, crimping, and routing as per layout/panel design. Assemble and wire control panels, distribution boards, APFC panels, and PLC/automation panels . Carry out soldering and termination of wires, connectors, and terminals. Identify and select proper wire sizes, lugs, ferrules, and sleeves . Read and follow wiring diagrams, GA drawings, and schematics accurately. Conduct continuity testing, troubleshooting, and basic quality checks . Maintain safety, cleanliness, and efficiency in the workplace. Requirements ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics . 1 to 3 years of experience in control panel wiring or electrical assembly . Strong skills in wiring, crimping, soldering, and routing .
