Summary Technical Maintenance will manage assembly line and utility maintenance in a Tier-1 EV plant. Responsibilities include project implementation, equipment upkeep, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities 1. New project technical implementation, including assembly line setup and shop floor layout. 2. Provide technical support to resolve manufacturing issues and optimize output. 3. Ensure availability and performance of assembly line & utility equipment (MTTR & MTBF targets). 4. Plan and execute annual maintenance, calibration, spare parts management, and audit documentation (ISO 14001, IATF). 5. Oversee equipment repairs, installations, and supervise upkeep staff. 6. Monitor spare parts inventory, place orders, and manage departmental budget. 7. Conduct breakdown analysis, PCDA reporting, and risk analysis for critical activities. 8. Support customer (OLA) on new assembly line setup. 9. Prepare and report weekly departmental activities. 10. Drive safety and productivity improvements in assembly & utility areas. 11. Monitor plant power consumption and handle TNEB bill payments. 12. Approve spare parts requests and consumption in ERP system.
