Key Responsibilities

Keyword Research Support

• Assist the Senior Digital Marketing Associate in conducting keyword research and analyzing search intent.
  
• Identify relevant keywords for ICSs services to improve online visibility.
  

On-Page SEO Implementation

• Optimize meta titles, descriptions, heading tags, image alt text, and internal linking.
  
• Conduct content audits and recommend improvements for existing web pages.
  

Off-Page SEO Execution

• Support link-building initiatives by identifying outreach opportunities (guest posting, resource pages, etc.).
  
• Assist in outreach campaigns and track link acquisition progress.
  
• Monitor competitor backlink profiles and report insights.
  

SEO Performance Monitoring

• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic trends, and website performance metrics via Google Analytics and Google Search Console.
  
• Assist in preparing periodic SEO performance reports.
  

Technical SEO Assistance

• Identify and support in resolving basic technical SEO issues (crawl errors, broken links, etc.).
  
• Collaborate with senior team members for implementation.
  

Stay Updated

• Keep abreast of SEO trends, Google algorithm updates, and digital marketing best practices.
  

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  
• 1 - 4 years of direct SEO experience (on-page and off-page).
  
• Proficiency with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush/Ahrefs).
  
• Basic understanding of WordPress and HTML website structures.
  
• Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
