Main Job Responsibilities (Normal Company Standards)

1. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website ranking on Google.
• Perform

  keyword research

  ,

  competitor analysis

  , and

  SEO audits

  .
• Carry out

  on-page optimization

  (meta tags, content structure, internal linking).
• Execute

  off-page SEO

  such as backlink building and directory submissions.
• Monitor SEO performance and optimize for continuous improvement.

2. Google Ads & Meta Ads Management

• Plan, create, and optimize

  Google Ads

  campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube).
• Manage

  Meta Ads

  (Facebook & Instagram Ads) including targeting and retargeting.
• Continuously monitor campaigns to improve ROI and reduce cost per lead.

3. Reporting & Analysis

• Track KPIs such as traffic, ranking, leads, conversions, and CPC.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
• Present performance updates during internal and client meetings.

4. Communication & Coordination

• Attend client meetings and clearly explain campaign performance.
• Coordinate with the content, design, and development teams when required.
• Maintain documentation of activities and progress.

Candidate Requirements

• 12 years of experience

  in SEO and ads management (industry standard).
• Strong understanding of

  SEO tools

  (Google Search Console, Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs).
• Hands-on experience with

  Google Ads Manager

  and

  Meta Ads Manager

  .
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
