Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

Develop and execute on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search rankings.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and performance audits.

Optimize website content, meta tags, internal linking, and URLs.

Implement link-building and outreach campaigns.

Track and analyze website performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other SEO tools.

Stay updated with the latest algorithm changes and SEO best practices.

Social Media Management

Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X/Twitter, etc.).

Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, stories, and campaigns aligned with brand voice.

Manage community engagement by responding to comments and messages.

Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and create monthly reports.

Stay updated with social media trends and emerging platforms.

Required Skills & Qualifications

0-1 years of hands-on experience in SEO and social media management.

Strong knowledge of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO tools.

Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred).

Proficiency with social media management tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.).

Basic understanding of graphic design tools (Canva/Photoshop) to create simple creatives.

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile management.

Familiarity with influencer marketing or brand partnerships.

Good understanding of Wordpress & Social Media Platforms
