Job Description

SEO Executive

MCS is looking for an experienced SEO Executive to join our team. As an SEO Executive, your primary responsibility will be to enhance our websites online visibility and authority through various SEO optimization techniques. You will play a critical role in improving search engine rankings, driving organic traffic, and boosting our online presence.

SEO Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive website audits to identify and resolve SEO issues related to performance, structure, and content.
Perform in-depth keyword research and analysis to align with business objectives and user search intent.
Optimize individual website pages by refining meta titles, descriptions, headers, and on-page content for targeted keywords.
Optimize technical SEO by implementing OG tags, managing Schema Markup, submitting XML sitemaps and robots.txt files, and enhancing image elements for better visibility, indexing, and accessibility.
Develop and execute a comprehensive backlink strategy to acquire high-quality, relevant, and authoritative backlinks from reputable websites. This includes guest posting, outreach, and link building campaigns.
Analyze competitors off-page strategies to identify opportunities and gaps. Develop strategies to outrank and outperform competitors in search results.
Use SEO tools to track the performance of off-page efforts. Generate regular reports and provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
Keep up with industry developments, search engine algorithm upgrades, and best practises for off-page SEO. Adapt strategy appropriately.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree/Masters degree in marketing, digital marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience of 1-2 years in SEO.
Familiarity with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs, or similar.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
Understanding of HTML and web development is beneficial.
