SEO Content Writer

You are a creative and detail-oriented SEO Content Writer responsible for producing high-quality, optimized content to drive traffic, engage readers, and enhance search engine rankings. Collaborating closely with the marketing, SEO, and design teams, you will create compelling content strategies that align with our brand and business objectives. Your key responsibilities include writing, editing, and publishing SEO-friendly content across various digital channels like websites, blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions. You will conduct keyword research, integrate high-performing keywords using SEO best practices, and work with the SEO team to enhance organic search rankings. Additionally, optimizing existing content, researching topics, and staying updated on industry trends to produce relevant content are crucial tasks. Evaluating content performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Surfer SEO is also part of your role. Ensuring consistent voice and tone across all content as per brand guidelines and collaborating with designers and developers for SEO-friendly content formatting on digital platforms are essential. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience as an SEO content writer or copywriter with excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. A solid understanding of on-page SEO principles, keyword integration, familiarity with content management systems like WordPress, and knowledge of SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Google Search Console are required. Strong research skills, attention to detail, the ability to adapt tone for different audiences, and a Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field are preferred qualifications. This is a full-time position with benefits including paid sick time, a performance bonus, and work locations to be in person.
