Senior/Lead Test Engineer

As a Senior Test Engineer / Test Lead specializing in Power Apps Testing at Bengaluru, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and stability of Power Apps solutions, contributing to a seamless user experience. You will be part of a dynamic team at Kalpita, an IT company dedicated to delivering innovative software solutions using an agile approach. **Key Responsibilities:** - Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for Power Apps applications, covering functional, performance, usability, and security aspects. - Perform various testing types such as unit testing, integration testing, system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing. - Identify, document, and track defects using a bug tracking system like Azure DevOps or Jira. - Collaborate closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback on application design and usability. - Participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and daily stand-ups. - Create and maintain test documentation including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test reports. - Stay updated with the latest Power Apps features, updates, and best practices. - Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies. - Automate testing processes where possible using tools like Selenium and EasyRepro. - Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing. - Test Power Apps integrated with other systems and data sources. - Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to the development team. **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
