Senior/Lead Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer at SimCorp, you will be an integral part of the Product Division team, contributing to the development of SimCorp Dimension, a globally used investment management system. In this role, you will collaborate with a diverse and agile team to deliver innovative solutions to our clients. Your responsibilities will encompass various aspects of software development, including designing and implementing core functionality, creating UI enhancements using Angular, maintaining existing code, reviewing product code, and devising test scenarios. You will be engaged in all stages of the development lifecycle, from coding and testing to supporting and refining new features in collaboration with the product management team. To excel in this role, you should possess expertise in Angular for web application development, familiarity with Azure cloud services, and proficiency in object-oriented software design using C#. Additionally, a background in functional programming languages and experience with REST APIs and Service-Oriented Architectures would be advantageous. A degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
