Job Description

Job Title: Senior / Lead Python Developer

  • Design and develop high-quality Python applications using

    Django/Flask

    .
  • Build and consume

    RESTful APIs

    for scalable, secure integrations.
  • Work on front-end modules using

    HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React/Angular

    .
  • Lead database design and integrations (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
  • Guide the team in architecture, code reviews, and best practices.
  • Own deployment processes using Git, CI/CD, Docker.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to deliver end-to-end technical solutions.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5 to 10 years of hands-on Python development experience.
  • Strong in

    Django, Flask, REST APIs

    .
  • Proficiency with

    JavaScript, React/Angular

    .
  • Experience with

    Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines

    .
  • Solid understanding of

    MVC, microservices, and cloud deployment

    .
  • Pharma domain experience (highly preferred).
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities (for Lead role).

Good to Have:

  • Experience in automated testing and container orchestration.
  • Knowledge of security best practices and performance tuning.
