The ideal candidate should possess pro-level experience in WordPress development, proficiency in PHP, JavaScript (Vanilla & jQuery), HTML5, CSS3, and REST APIs, and a strong understanding of technical SEO and Core Web Vitals. Familiarity with tools like Google PageSpeed Insights, Lighthouse, GTmetrix, and version control systems like Git is essential.
