Senior Web Designer Team Lead

We are searching for a Senior Web Designer Team Lead to oversee and guide our web design team, actively participating in the development of visually appealing and user-friendly websites for a wide range of client projects. The ideal candidate should possess strong leadership abilities, exceptional design skills, and a dedication to delivering high-quality results within set timelines. As a Senior Web Designer Team Lead, your responsibilities will include leading, mentoring, and guiding a team of web designers to ensure consistent and high-quality work output. You will assign tasks, manage project timelines, and monitor progress closely. Additionally, conducting regular design reviews and offering constructive feedback will be integral to your role. In terms of design and execution, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly website designs that meet client requirements and adhere to brand guidelines and current design trends. Collaboration with UI/UX designers, developers, and project managers will be essential to ensure seamless project delivery. Client interaction and communication are key aspects of this role. You will work closely with clients to understand their design needs, present creative concepts, and effectively incorporate client feedback without compromising design quality. Maintaining consistency in design quality across all projects and staying abreast of emerging design tools, techniques, and web trends are crucial. Implementing best practices for web performance, accessibility, and SEO-friendly design will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in web design, with a minimum of 2 years in a team lead role, preferably in a service-based or agency environment. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, and Illustrator is required. Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design, and web usability principles is essential. Understanding of CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or others would be advantageous. Excellent leadership, communication, and time management skills are also necessary. A portfolio showcasing a variety of client-based website projects is a must. This is a full-time position based in Nadakkav, Calicut, Kerala. Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. Experience in web design is preferred, with a total work experience of at least 1 year.,
