Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Visa Counselor to join our team in Kochi. The ideal candidate will guide clients through visa application processes, provide accurate information, and ensure a smooth experience for students and professionals seeking opportunities abroad.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel clients on visa procedures, documentation, and eligibility requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of immigration policies and requirements.
• Handle inquiries through phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Assist with application form filling and documentation verification.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients regularly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in counseling, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Both male and female candidates may apply.
