ON--Need a video editor cum post production head for upcoming Influencer Wellness channel.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize & full packaging of both long-format YouTube videos and Instagram Reels (concept-first, storytelling-focused) Good knowledge and use of AI tools like Heygen, ElevenLabs, Canva, Runway, or latest editing apps Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, motion graphics Shoot on phone using tripods, stabilizers, natural lighting, etc. Oversee publishing on all platforms (YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, Shorts, Reels, etc.) Contribute creative ideas for formats, titles, and hooks Must understand algorithms, viral content hooks, and platform trends

Requirements

At least 6 years of experience in production house and YouTube channel Creative mindset with taste for good music Must have handled full digital channels independently Familiar with YouTube SEO, uploading, tagging, thumbnails, scheduling Updated with latest research & trends for viral contentPerks Travel in wellness retreats and hotels No politics Creative freedom and opportunity of heading a premium digital channel
