About the Role

You'll lead the post-production journey for a wide range of digital contentfrom social-first videos to long-form storytelling pieces. The role blends creative ownership, strong visual judgment, and the ability to translate ideas into engaging edits that resonate across platforms.

What you'll do

• Lead editing for shorts, reels, explainers, and long-form video content.
• Collaborate with producers, writers, and creative teams to refine narratives and visual flow.
• Design clean, impactful motion graphics and text animations.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, content-heavy environment.
• Ensure consistency in tone, style, and brand guidelines.
• Stay tuned into digital trends, editing formats, and platform best practices.
• Mentor junior editors and oversee quality across edits.
• Adapt edits for various aspect ratios (9:16 / 1:1 / 16:9).
• Organize footage, maintain project files, and support archival systems.

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of experience in digital-first video editing.
• Strong command of Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and related tools.
• A keen eye for visual storytelling and detail.
• Experience with social-impact content or documentary-style storytelling is a plus.
• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of sound design and color correction.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with creative teams.
