Senior Verification Leader

As a Software and System Verification Lead at Hectronic India, Bangalore, Karnataka, you will have the following responsibilities: - Lead software & system verification activities, working with in-house and outsourced development teams to elaborate requirements and identify suitable test cases for a mature verification test plan. - Execute manual and automated verification tests on products and systems to ensure integrity and defect-free delivery. - Ensure complete adherence to development progress and processes, compliance with established systems & processes, and adherence to ISO systems for verification and validation. - Identify infrastructure needs and fulfill them through various channels for continuous productivity improvement. - Develop competency and expertise within Hectronic products and technology domain to build core competence. - Communicate effectively across partners and teams in India and Germany for progress updates and risk escalations. - Interact with customers and support teams to provide efficient support for issue resolution. - Stay updated on the latest industry trends and utilize defect tracking tools like Clear Quest, Test Stand, Team Forge for traceability and tracking. Qualifications required for this role: - BE / B. Tech ECE, BCS / MCA - Proven experience in verification activities on ISO systems and processes - 5-7 years of prior work experience in electronic products and software solutions verification - Knowledge of tools like Test Stand, Test Complete, Clear Quest, Python, Selenium, etc. - Clear understanding and knowledge of latest verification techniques and methods - Excellent verbal & written communication skills Your Personality traits should include: - Excellent negotiation skills - Self-starter, self-motivated, and result-oriented with a clear bias for action - Ability to deliver performance as per agreed goals and set KRA/KPI - Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional language/s - Strong presentation skills and ability to connect with senior management - Team player with good interpersonal skills - Sensitive to other people's needs - Willingness to travel extensively to the assigned territory, focusing on mining, steel, cement, construction/infrastructure, and oil industries.
