Senior UX / UI Designer (User Experience/ Interface)

The UX Designer will collaborate closely with the lead developer and graphic artists to evaluate and enhance applications for improved usability and exceptional user experience. You will conduct user tests through various methods, including in-person observations and utilization of UX toolsets and metrics. Post-testing, it will be your responsibility to refine and adjust apps, software, and websites to deliver a digital experience that users will appreciate and find easy to navigate. Key Responsibilities: - Evaluate existing applications to assess UX effectiveness. - Measure the human-computer interaction (HCI) aspect of designs. - Utilize online tools like screen readers to evaluate media effectiveness. - Conduct user testing across applications, software, and websites. - Develop interaction models, user flows, and user interface specifications. - Collaborate with team members by communicating scenarios, experiences, models, and designs. - Maintain design wireframes and best practice specifications for new projects. - Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competition. - Adapt well to ambiguity and evolving requirements. - Demonstrate a clear understanding of user needs, technology, and business goals. - Apply an artistic eye for design, creativity, accuracy, and attention to detail. - Stay informed about the latest design and technology trends in a business context. - Manage time, costs, and deadlines with a business-oriented approach. - Proficiency in standard UX software like Adobe Photoshop, Corel Draw, and Sketch. - Familiarity with basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is advantageous. Responsibilities: - Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to create intuitive user experiences. - Support the client's product vision by researching, conceiving, sketching, prototyping, and user-testing digital product experiences. - Design wireframes, user stories, user journeys, and mockups optimized for various devices and interfaces. Educational Qualifications: - Full-time Bachelor's degree or equivalent with relevant experience.
