Description
As a User Experience Designer at SAP, you will play a crucial role in defining end-to-end user experiences for a variety of software product design concepts within our Industry solutions. Your focus will be on creating compelling and user-centered design solutions while adhering to design standards and principles. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, researchers, and user assistance teams, to ensure alignment and consistency in design. Your responsibilities will include conducting research, usability testing, and validation to guide design choices, transforming complex requirements into clear user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mock-ups, and utilizing data-driven insights to continuously refine user experiences. You will also stay informed about industry trends and technologies to enhance design practices, advocate for user-centric design methodologies, and mentor junior designers. To be successful in this role, you should have 7-10 years of experience in UX design, preferably in an enterprise software context, along with proficiency in design tools like Figma or similar. Strong communication skills, a deep understanding of interaction design principles, and the ability to work collaboratively in agile environments are essential. Experience with user research methods, usability testing, and a proactive approach to driving continuous improvements in user experience are also key requirements.
