Job Description

As a US Travel Sales Consultant, your role involves assisting customers in planning and booking their ideal trips by providing expert advice on destinations, recommending travel packages, and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Your responsibilities will include: - Client Consultation: Understand customer preferences, needs, and budget to recommend tailored travel itineraries, tours, and packages. - Booking and Reservations: Handle flight, hotel, car rental, and other travel-related bookings for clients. - Travel Advisory: Provide up-to-date information on destinations, local culture, weather, activities, and travel documentation (e.g., visas, vaccinations). - Sales: Promote and upsell travel products, services, and packages to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction. - Documentation and Record-Keeping: Ensure accurate data entry, reservation records, and travel documentation. - Market Research: Stay informed about the latest travel trends, destinations, and promotions to provide informed advice to customers. - Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Qualifications Required: - Experience: 1-2 years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a customer-facing role such as a Travel Consultant, Travel Agent, or similar position. - Skills: - Strong communication skills (written and verbal). - Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. - Proficiency in MS Office and travel booking software (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, or other GDS systems is a plus). - Basic knowledge of travel industry trends and popular destinations. - Attention to Detail: Ability to handle complex travel arrangements while ensuring accuracy. - Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during the booking process or the trip itself. - PPC campaign Call Handling Experience required.
