Job Description

1. Familiar with Form 1040, 1041, 1099, 1065, 1120S, 1120, etc.

2. Preparation and Review of partnership and business tax returns, and individual tax returns

3. Manage and coordinate tax compliance, consulting engagements, and various related projects

4. Perform research and consult on technical tax matters

5. Keep current on tax issues, new legislation, and trends to ensure proactive client service.

6. Build relationships and interact with clients to provide exceptional planning and consulting expertise while also supporting

7. Supervise, train, and develop staff while managing engagement
