Job Description: As a Senior Unreal Engine Generalist at Thinker yt, you will play a crucial role in leading cinematics, animations, simulations, and camera work within Unreal Engine. Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate with the creative team to develop visually engaging cinematic content. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement cinematics and camera sequences using Unreal Engine. - Utilize control rigs, character animations, and physics-based simulations effectively. - Collaborate on scene setup, lighting, and storytelling for cinematic output. - Ensure seamless integration of assets and optimize real-time performance. - Provide creative input to enhance the visual storytelling quality of projects. - Adapt pipelines and workflows to meet professional production standards. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Unreal Engine with a particular focus on Cinematics & Sequencer, Camera work & shot composition, Control rigs & animation workflows, and Physics & simulations. - Experience in real-time cinematic production. - Strong artistic eye for visual storytelling, composition, and pacing. - Ability to work independently and deliver results with minimal supervision. Preferred Skills: - Familiarity with other 3D software such as Blender, Maya, 3ds Max. - Knowledge of real-time rendering pipelines. - Experience collaborating on YouTube/film/game cinematic content.
