. Monitor the environment for performance and stability to meet Service Level objectives.
. Maintain system patching and security levels.
. Develop ansible playbooks and modules.
. Create and deploy Ansible solutions for a distributed data center infrastructure environment.
. Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software and system
management tools.
. Troubleshoot and resolve issues in our dev, test, and production environments.
. Root cause analysis on incidents related to UNIX systems, hardware, and OS/software.
. Maintain the environment to satisfy security requirements set by business drivers,
Information Security, and Compliance departments.
. Update system and process documentation and user guides as needed diagrams and SOPs as
needed.
. Participate in an on-call rotation to address production related issues.
. Possess the ability to objectively handle escalation of reported incidents.
