About the Role

As our Senior UI/UX Designer, you'll play a critical role in crafting user journeys that are not only visually stunning but also intuitively functional. This is not just about screens and layouts it's about creating smooth, delightful, and meaningful experiences that solve real problems.

What You'll Be Doing

Designing elegant and scalable UI components for desktop and mobile.

Conducting user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing.

Creating and maintaining design systems and brand consistency.

Applying data-driven decision-making and user-first thinking.

Staying ahead of UI/UX trends, accessibility standards, and platform guidelines.

Managing feedback loops and being flexible with tight deadlines.

What You Must Bring

5+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.

Proven experience working with top global brands (Amazon, Flipkart, Slack, or similar)

Mastery of tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and prototyping tools.

Strong knowledge of responsive design, design systems, and accessibility (WCAG).

Understanding of user psychology, interaction design, and microcopy basics.

Ability to work independently and manage time in a remote setting.

Optional but preferred: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for smoother dev handoffs.
