Senior Test Engineer

We are seeking a Tester with 3 years of experience in Website Testing, possessing strong expertise in Accessibility Testing, functional validation, and web standards compliance. The role focuses on ensuring high-quality, inclusive, and compliant web applications across browsers, devices, and assistive technologies. Key Responsibilities • Perform end-to-end functional testing of websites including UI, workflows, integrations, and business logic. • Execute Accessibility Testing aligned with compliance. • Validate accessibility features such as keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, focus management, color contrast, and ARIA implementation. • Perform cross-browser and cross-device testing on Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge. • Design and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test data based on requirements. • Log, track, and retest defects using defect tracking tools. • Collaborate with developers, UX, and product teams to ensure accessibility is built-in from early stages. • Participate in regression testing during releases. Technical Skills Required (Website Testing) Core Website Testing Skills • Strong experience in Manual Functional Testing of web applications. • Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript for validating UI behavior and accessibility issues. • Experience in Cross-Browser Testing (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge). • Knowledge of Responsive Web Design Testing (desktop, tablet, mobile browsers). • Understanding of Client–Server architecture, HTTP/HTTPS, cookies, sessions, and caching. • Ability to validate form validations, UI elements, error handling, and navigation flows. Accessibility Testing Skills • In-depth knowledge of WCAG 2.1 / 2.2 guidelines and accessibility success criteria. • Hands-on experience with screen readers (NVDA, JAWS, VoiceOver etc). • Experience testing keyboard-only navigation, tab order, focus visibility, and skip navigation. • Validation of ARIA roles, labels, landmarks, and semantic HTML. • Experience
