Senior Test Engineer

As a Senior Testing Engineer based in Mysore, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of web, mobile, and API-based applications. Your responsibilities will include: - **Test Planning & Strategy:** - Designing comprehensive test plans aligning with project requirements. - Analyzing specifications for full test coverage including functional, non-functional, and regression testing. - **Test Execution:** - Conducting manual and automated testing, identifying and tracking defects. - Performing compatibility, usability, and performance testing. - **Test Automation:** - Developing and maintaining automated test scripts using tools like Selenium. - Integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and optimizing the automation framework. - **Collaboration & Communication:** - Working closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts. - Providing insights during development cycles and communicating test progress effectively. - **Leadership & Mentorship:** - Leading the testing team in identifying best practices. - Mentoring junior testers and advocating for quality within the team.
