Handling inbound calls from customers to address their inquiries and resolve any issues 3. Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with customers in MS-Excel 4. Collaborating with the sales team to follow up on leads and schedule appointments 5. Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction 6. Utilizing effective communication skills to build rapport and establish relationships with customers 7.
