Your exceptional English and Hindi proficiency, both spoken and written, will be essential in effectively communicating with our diverse customer base. Additionally, your proficiency in MS-Excel will enable you to efficiently manage customer data and track sales progress. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to generate leads and promote our products and services. 2. Handle inbound calls from existing customers, addressing their queries and providing solutions to their concerns. 3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in our database. 4. Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities. 5. Assist in creating and updating sales reports using MS-Excel to track sales performance. 6. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer complaints and ensuring their satisfaction. 7. Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to better serve our customers and improve sales performance.
