As a member of our Technical Support team, we are seeking individuals with exceptional problem-solving skills, executive presence, and a deep technical troubleshooting background. Your role will involve assisting Domo clients in their digital transformation and strategic initiatives, fostering brand loyalty, and providing world-class technical support. Your commitment to customer success directly correlates with our success. The Technical Support team operates 24/7 to cater to global customers, ensuring convenient accessibility. By developing strong relationships with customers and understanding their needs, team members deliver a superior experience to everyone reaching out to us through our Support Team. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver outstanding service by connecting, resolving issues, and establishing rapport with customers through various channels such as telephone, email, Zoom, or in person - Demonstrate innovative thinking and independent problem-solving abilities to provide robust and scalable solutions for customers - Continuously enhance your knowledge of Domo's platform, Business Intelligence, data, and analytics through on-the-job training, side projects, and Domo certification - Maintain timely and consistent communication (SLAs) with peers and customers to update them on support case progress until resolution Job Requirements: Essential: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field or 3-5 years of relevant experience, showcasing a proactive learning attitude and solution-oriented approach - Minimum 2 years of support role experience, preferably in a customer-facing environment - Proficient communication skills to effectively address customer needs and establish trust - Strong SQL proficiency is essential, including understanding joins, unions, selects, grouping, aggregation, indexes, subqueries, etc. - Experience in software application support, particularly in SaaS, analytics, data, and Business Intelligence fields - Ability to adapt to rapid changes in a dynamic industry Desired Skills: - Familiarity with APIs (REST/SOAP), programming languages (Python, JavaScript, Java), relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL, etc.), statistical computing (R, Jupyter), JSON/XML parsing, SSO/IDP, and Snowflake Data Cloud/ETL Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India India Benefits & Perks: - Medical cash allowance, Maternity and Paternity Leave policy, Baby bucks, Haute Mama allowance - Paid time off, holidays, medical leaves, Sodexo Meal Pass, Health and Wellness Benefit - Technology Benefit, Corporate National Pension Scheme, Employee Assistance Programme Domo is committed to being an equal opportunity employer.,
