Role Overview: As a Senior Tech Lead (Technical Manager) at Netenrich, you will play a crucial role in leading by example, making real technical decisions, designing scalable systems, writing high-quality code, and ensuring architecture is future-proof. You will be responsible for owning one or more engineering boards, driving execution, and ensuring timely delivery with high performance, scalability, and availability. This is not just a managerial role but a hands-on architect and execution owner who understands code, architecture, and engineering challenges inside-out while managing and mentoring a high-performance team. Your deep expertise in Java, Python, Microservices, Dockerization, CI/CD, GCP Cloud, and React will be essential in aligning engineering execution with strategic business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Architect, design, and lead the development of scalable, cloud-native microservices on GCP Cloud. - Ensure high performance, security, scalability, and reliability of all systems. - Implement Docker/Kubernetes-based containerized deployments with CI/CD pipelines. - Guide system design, ensure clean, efficient, and maintainable code, and integrate backend services with frontend applications. - Define engineering best practices, review code rigorously, and solve complex technical challenges. - Own one or more engineering boards, track execution, ensure smooth Agile delivery, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. - Lead Agile ceremonies, refine backlog, prioritize user stories, resolve blockers, and enforce high engineering standards. - Manage and mentor a team of engineers, collaborate with other teams for seamless integration, and handle production escalations and issue resolution. Qualifications Required: - 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Java, Python, and Microservices. - Expertise in GCP Cloud, Microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, React, and backend/frontend integrations. - Knowledge of event-driven architectures, SQL, NoSQL, API Gateways, Agile methodologies, and Jira ownership. - Ability to troubleshoot production issues, optimize performance, and ensure production observability. - Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
