Senior Technical Lead/Technical Manager - Java/Python

You will be joining Netenrich as a Senior Technical Lead/Technical Manager with 7-10 years of experience, based in Hyderabad. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership, making real technical decisions, designing scalable systems, writing high-quality code, and ensuring architecture is future-proof. You will be expected to lead engineering boards, drive execution, and ensure timely delivery with high performance, scalability, and availability. Your primary responsibilities will include architecting, designing, and leading the development of scalable, cloud-native microservices on GCP Cloud, ensuring high performance, security, scalability, and reliability of all systems. You will also be implementing Docker/Kubernetes-based containerized deployments with CI/CD pipelines, guiding system design, and maintaining clean, efficient, and maintainable code. Additionally, you will oversee the integration of backend services with frontend applications built on React, define engineering best practices, review code rigorously, and solve complex technical challenges. As a Senior Tech Lead, you will own one or more engineering boards, track execution, and ensure smooth Agile delivery. You will collaborate directly with the Product Owner to refine backlog, prioritize user stories, and align product development with business needs. Leading Agile ceremonies and resolving blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution will be part of your responsibilities. You will also manage and mentor a team of engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and handle production escalations and issue resolution. To be successful in this role, you should have 7-10 years of hands-on experience in Java, Python, and Microservices. Strong expertise in GCP Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, React, and backend/frontend integrations is essential. Experience with event-driven architectures, SQL, NoSQL, API Gateways, Agile methodologies, and monitoring tools is required. Exposure to Digital & Security Operations, AI-driven applications, and cloud-native architectures is a plus.
