Senior - Technical and Aptitude trainers

As a Senior Technical (C & Java) and Aptitude Trainer at our esteemed organization, you will be responsible for imparting your knowledge and expertise to aspiring individuals. With at least 1+ years of experience, we are looking for candidates with a background in M.E / M.TECH, Engineering, UG & PG of Arts and Science Streams, or MBA. The work locations for this role include Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh, and Tamil Nadu, with a salary package that meets market standards - no constraints for the ideal candidate. In this role, you will need to possess a developer mindset along with a passion for teaching and mentoring. Immediate joiners who are willing to travel as required are preferred. Your responsibilities will include designing appropriate curriculum and content for effective training delivery, allocating 30% of your time to training and 70% to live application building. Furthermore, you will be tasked with evaluating student performance, addressing their queries, and keeping yourself updated with the latest technologies to deliver high-quality training sessions.
